What to do after an Activa Industria 4.0 diagnosis

Institutional diagnosis programmes, such as Activa Industria 4.0 or the digitalisation support services of Valencian public bodies, serve a valuable purpose: they place the company at a digital maturity level and point out lines of action. But the report does not implement itself. Between the recommendation and the running project there are technical decisions someone has to make on the ground.

How we work

Our methodology starts from one conviction: you cannot design the transformation of a plant from a meeting room. Diagnosis happens in the field, talking to operators and watching how information actually flows, not how the procedures say it flows. The analysis rests on evidence, and every recommendation is justified by its effect on the operation.

The resulting roadmap is not a wish list: it is a sequence of phases with explicit dependencies, adjusted to the company’s execution and investment capacity.
