Industrial AI: Interprets and automates
We convert connected data into visualisation, automation and actionable operational intelligence.

In short
What is Captia AI?
Captia AI is the artificial intelligence unit of Captia Technology, an industrial and technology company headquartered in Xàtiva (Comunitat Valenciana, Spain). It converts connected operational data into visualisation, automation and actionable operational intelligence for industrial environments. It is one of the five units of the Captia system, alongside Consulting, Connect, Energy and Service.
Connected data that does not become action
Having connected data is not enough.
Without interpretation, data does not create value.
Without automation, decisions remain slow and manual.
How it connects to the rest of the system
AI depends on Connect for data. AI strengthens Energy with interpretation of consumption, production and efficiency. AI relies on Consulting to define what to automate and what to visualise.

Solutions
Operational Dashboards
Real-time visualisation of the operational data that matters, designed for decision-making, not contemplation. We build dashboards on top of connected plant data, with the views each role needs to run day-to-day operations.
Intelligent Reporting
Automatic reports that synthesise what is relevant in the operation without manual intervention. Connected plant data becomes periodic, comparable reports that are generated and distributed automatically to the people who need them.
Automatic Workflows
Automatic workflows that execute actions when defined conditions are met in the operation. Each workflow is designed on real plant data, chaining the notifications, records and tasks that today depend on manual steps.
Automatic Rules
Rules system that acts on operational data: alerts, notifications and actions without human intervention. Each rule is defined with explicit criteria over plant signals, so every response is documented and can be reviewed by the team.
Operational Automation
We automate repetitive operational decisions and processes to free human capacity for higher-value tasks. We start from connected operational data to identify which steps can run on their own and under what level of supervision.
Advanced AI Models
Artificial intelligence models trained with real operational data for prediction, classification and optimisation. Each model is built on the plant’s own history and evaluated against its real behaviour before it is put to use.
Operational Analytics
Analysis of historical and real-time operational data to identify patterns, trends and opportunities. We work on connected plant data to answer specific business questions with evidence rather than impressions.
Predictive Maintenance and Early Alerts
Predictive models and early warning systems to anticipate problems before they impact production. The models watch equipment signals and raise an alert when behaviour deviates from normal, leaving margin to plan the intervention.
Industrial AI Agents
AI agents working on your plant’s real data: they query, summarise and act on the operation. Each agent operates within a defined scope, with access to connected data and a bounded set of actions the team decides and supervises.
Industrial Digital Twin
A digital representation of your operation built on connected plant data, to simulate and decide. The twin reflects the real state of equipment and processes, letting you explore scenarios before applying changes to the physical operation.
Industries
Capability
Key strategic capability for future scalability of the system.
