What we do with Odoo

It is worth stating this precisely. Captia Technology is an official Odoo partner and implements the ERP, configures it, builds the integrations the project needs, migrates the data, maintains the system and handles support afterwards. 1. 1. Diagnosis. We analyse your sales, purchasing, manufacturing, warehouse and finance processes. We identify what Odoo must cover, what integrates with other systems and where the project risks lie.
2. 2. Functional design. We define modules, flows and customisations before writing a line of code. The aim is to adapt only the essential: the more standard the installation, the cheaper it is to maintain and upgrade.
3. 3. Configuration and integrations. We configure Odoo, build the agreed integrations and migrate master data. Each iteration is validated with you against real cases from your operation.
4. 4. Training and go-live. We train teams by role, plan the cutover from the previous system and support the go-live at your facilities during the first days of operation.
5. 5. Support and evolution. After go-live, the system evolves with the business: new modules, process improvements and version upgrades, with a contact who knows your installation.
